- India Post Parcel Last Mile is best suited for the bulk or contractual customers viz. eCommerce firms etc looking for an efficient, reliable and economical solution at the last mile.
- Parcels, in this service, shall be booked at the office of delivery or at the identified parcel hub or parcel processing centre for delivery within the local jurisdiction of the said office.
- The maximum permissible weight shall be 5 kilograms.
- The proof of delivery, insurance, cash on delivery and other value-added services shall be available for India Post Parcel Last Mile on payment of fee as applicable to the India Post Parcel.
